To ensure your satisfaction, the owners of Victory Homes of Wisconsin are personally involved in all phases of the build process. From the moment you contract with one of our companies, you will be given complete access to each of our owners - each of whom is actively involved in the Southeastern Wisconsin home building community. They, along with our professional sales team, will work directly with you to plan and build your new home to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Shorter Build-Time

Many of our new custom homes are built in about six months. How do we do it? Simple. We treat the people we employ to build your new home with respect. As with any project, communication is the key to success. Together with our sub-contractors and suppliers, we create a schedule for each home. And with the help of our trusted team, the job is done right and on schedule.

In-house Designer

Our mission is to create appealing, functional and affordable designs for our customers. We enjoy working directly with our homeowners to develop creative and unique plans, regardless of home size or budget. As a Victory homeowner, you can sit down with our designer to revise our standard plans and create a home that truly fits your needs.

Our library of plans has designs and features for every family, including 23 model plans. Changes can be made to any plan, or we can custom design a unique home for you.
