The Victory Companies’ “January Tour of Homes” is the Ticket to Couple’s Mexican Vacation

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI (March 4, 2010) – Their last name may be St. Louis, but that’s not where married couple Tony and Linda St. Louis of Greenfield will be vacationing this year. Instead, they’re going to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico courtesy of The Victory Companies.

Newly Formed Holding Company acquires J. Anthony Homes’ Name

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI (July 7, 2009) - John Stoker and Daryl Prusow of The Victory Companies, a newly formed holding company, announced today that they have acquired limited assets of J. Anthony Homes for an undisclosed purchase price.

The primary asset is the name “J. Anthony Homes” which will now be marketed by The Victory Companies as J. Anthony Homes & Designs, LLC, along with the other two brands the holding company represents – Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. and Allan Builders, LLC.

The acquisition provides The Victory Companies with a stronger presence and the opportunity to expand its customer base in southeastern Wisconsin. The acquisition of limited assets also frees The Victory Companies from any prior financial obligations of J. Anthony Homes while retaining brand recognition and market awareness.
