Business is Up 30% this Spring

The Victory Companies are preparing for growth to handle increased business - The Business Journal By Sean Ryan - Posted April 9, 2013.

Local home builders are lining up more work for 2013 than they could last year, bringing optimism that the market is healthy again, but also a set of new challenges created by the demand.

John Stoker, president of The Victory Companies, Menomonee Falls, said he has 30 percent more projects set for 2013 than in April 2012. One reason for the increased business is existing homeowners are not as concerned about selling their house when planning to build a new one, he said.

"We're looking at our crews to make sure we've got enough guys to build," Stoker said. "We've added one staff person and are looking to hire another one."

Top Milwaukee Home Builders Present 2013 Dream Home Tour March 16-17 and 23–24

The Victory Companies' 2013 Dream Home Tour will feature seven spectacular homes from three different home builders and one home remodeler in five great locations. Buyers can choose from a variety of home values, prices and styles.

Kicking off this year's home touring season, four top Metro Milwaukee home builders and a remodeler have once again pulled together to host the 2013 Dream Home Tour. Buyers are sure to enjoy the tour's seven exceptional models in five different prime locations during the weekends of March 16-17 and 23-24, from noon to 4 pm.

Collectively called The Victory Companies, these Milwaukee home remodelers and builders have pooled their resources to offer buyers the highest quality homes at prices that take advantage of the economies of scale.

Homes on the tour range from affordably priced homes that are perfect for first time homebuyers and those looking to downsize, to custom-built homes for people ready to design their dream home. In between are all-inclusive homes appointed with popular amenities and sophisticated semi-custom homes.

"We created The Victory Companies Dream Home Tour to show the community the strengths of a single combined company, and how partnering can benefit everyone," said John Stoker, co-owner of The Victory Companies. "More buying power, more combined years of experience, more timely construction, and more dedicated contractors mean better homes at a lower cost—so the buyer wins on every level."

Metro Milwaukee custom home builders and remodelers Allan Builders, LLC, J. Anthony Homes & Designs, LLC, Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc., and Victory Renovations, LLC, in partnership under The Victory Companies, know that many people shop for homes this time of year before the summer season, so they can enroll their children in new schools now, well before the start of the new school year.

The tour covers five different neighborhoods in Richfield (Reflections Village), Mequon (Saddlebrook Farms), Menomomee Falls (Quail Haven), and Pewaukee (Still River and Broken Hill). There is information at each of the sites on The Victory Companies' remodeling company, Victory Renovations as well.

"The Dream Home Tour is a great opportunity to experience the differences and advantages of each of our building companies, and determine which best matches their style preferences and budgets" said Daryl Prusow, co-owner of The Victory Companies.

Victory Homes employees to volunteer at Hunger Task Force in support of "Help Fight Hunger Campaign".

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI (January 28, 2013) Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc., a division of The Victory Companies, is proud to announce that their staff members volunteered for a shift at the Milwaukee Hunger Task Force, packing stock boxes for low income seniors last week. A group of 17 volunteers, including two of the the company's owners worked together to pack 640 basic needs boxes.

Each box contains 16-17 items which Hunger Task Force provides to over 9000 seniors a month. The group from The Victory Companies was able to produce 16 pallets of these lifeline boxes during their three hour shift.

"Volunteering really helped to reinforce the importance of our Help Fight Hunger Campaign," said Daryl Prusow, co-owner of Victory Homes of Wisconsin. "It was a great team building experience, and it really gave our staff some personal perspective on how hunger affects people that live right here in our community. It's amazing to hear how many people are affected, how personal the struggle is, and how much simple things like the three hours we spent can make a difference."

The Victory Companies also donated 55 jars of peanut butter to help with Hunger Task Force's recent plea for help.
