Site of the 2019 Christmas Fantasy House

Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. is proud to sponsor the 2019 Christmas Fantasy House for a second year in a row! All proceeds from this event will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin.

The Loretta Thompson Christmas Fantasy House is a holiday tradition in the greater Milwaukee area, and we are honored to be hosting this wonderful event for the second consecutive year. Area designers join forces and generously donate their time and talent to transform our 2019 MBA Parade of Homes Model, the Geneva, into a spectacular winter wonderland. Each year the decorators create a unique theme in their assigned rooms and try to outdo themselves from previous years. The Geneva’s fairy tail-like design will be an ideal canvas for this year’s Fantasy House
 

In addition to all the decorating on the interior, the exterior and front porch will be decorated and adorned with lights to add to the home’s festive atmosphere. The Christmas Fantasy House will also include a Sweet Shoppe where visitors can purchase treats, live holiday music performances, and a special gift basket raffle. All proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Eastern Wisconsin.

IF YOU GO

Parking will be located at the Nagawaukee Park and Ride, located in Delafield, WI.  A shuttle service will run continuously between the Delafield home and the Park and Ride lot. 

2019 Christmas Fantasy House Dates & Hours:

  • Tuesday, November 5: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm – Group Tours ONLY. Space is limited.
  • Wednesday, November 6: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Thursday, November 7: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Friday, November 8: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 9: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Sunday, November 10: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Tickets:

Tickets are available at the door of the Christmas Fantasy House for $20. Children 12 and under are admitted free.

The Geneva

WHITE OAK CONSERVANCY – DELAFIELD

Model Hours:
Our 2019 MBA Parade of Homes Model will temporarily close, beginning Oct. 21, and will reopen on Wednesday November 6 as the 2019 Christmas Fantasy House!

Directions:
Take I-94 to Hwy 83 exit.  Exit # 287. When you exit the expressway, turn north (R) on Hwy 83 to the first stoplight, Golf Road.  Turn left and the Park and Ride is on the right-hand side of the street.

Parking:
