Victory Homes of Wisconsin to Feature Three Homes in the 75th Annual Madison Area Spring Parade of Homes – June 20-29

Madison, WI – June 10, 2025  —  Victory Homes of Wisconsin will feature three homes in this year’s Spring Parade. 

The Highland model, located in Middleton’s Glacier Trails nighborhood, is an expansive 6,182 sq. ft. home featuring 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 3 floors of living space. Highlights include multiple living areas, a home office, exercise room, home theater and enclosed wine room. The home boasts bright interiors with large windows and modern finishes throughout.

The Cedar model, located in Sun Prairie’s Serenity Estates at Token Creek neighborhood, is 2,701 Sq. Ft. single story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a home office, and 1,407 Sq. The 75th Annual Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) Spring Parade of Homes, opens Friday, June 20 and runs through Sunday, June 29. Locations are open Monday – Friday, from 4. to 5 p.m., and Saturday – Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This regional-site tour will feature mostly new construction, single-family homes homes located throughtout Dane County. This year, there are 2 featured neighborhoods: Kilkenney Farms West in Waunakee, and Windsor Gardens in windsor/Sun Prairie. These neighborhoods have several homes within walking distance from each other. Additional “scattered-site” homes will be located in various sought after area neighborhoods.
