Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® Break Ground on 2026 St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace

WAUNAKEE, WI (November 2025) – Victory Homes of Wisconsin has committed to building their second St. Jude Dream Home Showplace, and earlier this month they hosted a special ceremony to break ground, along with representatives from St. Jude Children’s Reserach Hospital, several of their building partners, local businesses and supporters from Madison and the surrounding areas.

The collaboration between Victory Homes of Wisconsin and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital aims to raise awareness about pediatric cancer and the groundbreaking research and treatment being conducted at the institution. The proceeds from the sale of this home will help support the cutting edge-research and treatment by the institution, where families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food so they can focus on helping their child live.

The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is a community-wide fundraiser that benefits the lifesaving mission of St. Jude. When builders, subcontractors, vendors and other campaign supporters donate their time and labor to build a new home, the costs of building the home are minimized which greatly increases the funds donated to St. Jude and helps ensure that all patients receive the customized care they need, no matter what barriers they may face.

The Madison St. Jude Dream Home Showplace will be open to the public for viewing during the 2026 Madison Area Spring Parade of Homes.
