Building a better neighborhood: Stunning custom homes by Victory Homes of Wisconsin turn heads in Madison
It all started in 2003 when a custom build in the Parade of Homes wowed the Southeastern Wisconsin community. Since that first year, when Victory Homes of Wisconsin built an impressive 25 houses in Milwaukee, the company has grown into a thriving business built on integrity, great customer service and homes constructed to the highest standards. So it’s no surprise that two decades later, Victory Homes of Wisconsin continues to win accolades like Best New Build Over $1.2M in Wisconsin Builders Association’s 2022 Badger Craftsman Awards.
And according to David Roembke, partner and VP of sales and newly named president of the Metropolitan Builders Association, Victory Homes of Wisconsin is rising to the challenges of today’s housing market.
“With the housing demand so high and such a huge inventory shortage of existing houses, Victory Homes is expanding to meet this demand,” says Roembke. “We’ve built 12 to 15 houses on average annually in Madison, including the 2022 MABA Parade of Homes model in Pioneer Pointe. Our sales team is hard at work set up in our model homes, which you can visit on the weekends and by appointment. We’re aiming for a brick-and-mortar office and 25 to 30 new homes in the next year.”
