Madison’s Second St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Celebrates Another Milestone Event

WAUNAKEE, WI (May 5, 2026) – Victory Homes of Wisconsin and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital hosted a special Floor Signing event at the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace, Victory’s Cypress Madison Area Parade of Homes model. 

Victory Homes of Wisconsin, a leading Madison area custom home builder, has been busy building Madison’s second home to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The Cypress model is the second home that Victory is building with the intention of donating the proceeds to St. Jude. The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home features a stunning kitchen with a large island, dinette, and walk-in pantry, three outdoor living areas, and a fully-finished lower level entertaining area.

A St. Jude Dream Home floor signing is a heartwarming milestone tradition where the home’s builders, sponsors, and community partners gather to write encouraging messages, prayers, and signatures directly onto the subfloor of the house before the permanent flooring is installed. In this year’s home, the primary bedroom was selected, and attendees “planted” a garden of hope with heartfelt messages left in paint and marker. These messages will remain sealed under the finished floors of this life-giving home forever.  

This year’s St. Jude Dream Home Showplace will be available for tours during the 2026 Madison Area Parade of Homes, June 19-28.
