Victory Homes of Wisconsin Announces the Sale of Wisconsin’s First St. Jude Dream Home Showplace

WAUNAKEE, WI (March 24, 2026) – Victory Homes of Wisconsin, a leading Wisconsin custom home builder, is proud to announce the sale of the Acacia model – 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, located in Waunakee’s Kilkenny Farms West neighborhood. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath property was unveiled at the 75th Annual Madison Area Parade of Homes and was Wisconsin’s first Dream Home Showplace, marking an exciting new chapter for Victory Homes of Wisconsin’s charitable initiatives.

The St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is a community-wide fundraiser that benefits the lifesaving mission of St. Jude. When builders, subcontractors, vendors, and other campaign supporters donate their time and labor to build a new home, the costs of building the home are minimized, which greatly increases the funds donated to St. Jude and helps ensure that all patients receive the customized care they need, no matter what barriers they may face.

Victory Homes of Wisconsin is proud to announce that, through a combined effort by our donors, building partners, and donations from the Madison area community, the sale of this home has raised more than $855,898 in support of the St. Jude mission. All proceeds from the sale have been donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to support their mission to fight childhood cancer and other devastating diseases.
